Wanda was born September 5, 1942, in Gilmer, Texas, to William "Bill" and Rose Alyne Massey Nix and passed from this life July 7, 2023, in Gilmer, Texas.
Wanda was a talented seamstress, and her cooking was enjoyed by her family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory are daughter, Gloria Jean Gibbons; son, Christopher Wayne Davis (Nancy Goode); sister, Rhonda Gail Covey; brother, Billy Glen Nix; grandchildren, Isidra Villafuerte, Anthony Villafuerte, Ashley Gibbons, Christine Diane Davis, Niki Lee Davis, and Christopher Wayne Davis II; and 7 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, A. J. Davis; daughter, Tina Dianne Davis; brothers, Kenneth Wayne Nix and William Donald Nix.
