Wanda Louise Tilley

Wanda Tilley passed away July 9, 2024 in Muskogee, OK. She was born December 13, 1927 in Oklahoma City to John and Lorene (Sims) Foster. She attended Sequoyah Elementary School, Taft Junior High School and Central High School, and went on to study at Emmanuel College and Academy in Georgia.
Wanda married Darrell Frazier on August 5, 1945. They later divorced and Wanda married Bob Tilley. They enjoyed 45 years together before his death in 2014.
Wanda moved to Muskogee, OK in 2017 where she remained until her death. She attended First Pentecostal Church for 24 years, and in 1983, she became a member of Heritage Baptist Church.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; son, Darrell Frazier; granddaughter, Cheyenne Frazier; sister, Dorothy Bullock; and brothers, Jack Foster and Frank Foster.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynnetta Frazier; son, Anthony Frazier; grandchildren, Shana Burchett (Gerta), Tonya Sowers, Stacy Brown (Jordan), Darren Frazier, Chad Frazier and Amelia Frazier-Miller (Dylan); 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nephews, Richard Graham and Randall Bullock; and nieces, Roxanna Foster and Denise Lopez.
Wanda loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 1:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
