Wanda Waydo

Wanda Waydo (Araps), age 96, peacefully passed away on December 28, 2024. Wanda was born on February 19, 1928 in Cleveland, OH to Steven and Josephine Araps (both deceased).
Wanda was a supervisor at Curtis Industries for many years. She enjoyed gathering with friends to play cards or any games of chance. She was naturally artistic and enjoyed sharing with her family and friends. She was adored her family, hosting her family events for the holidays. She was kind, friendly and very well-liked. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Joanne Berenson and Mary (Richard) Tramte, her grandchildren, Shari (Tom) Staidhar-Muni, Wendy (Ron) Smith, Bill (Mandy) Waydo, Steven Porter, and David Porter, her many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, her daughter-in-law, Marian Waydo, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Waydo, her son, Bill Waydo, her son-in-law, Charles Berenson, her brothers, Sam (Edith), Chris (Eleanor) and Johnny (Doris) Araps.
Her private family visitation will be held Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations.
A private family service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 1:30 PM immediately following her visitation at Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations, 35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake.
