Warent Robert Gilliems age 92, passed away peacefully at Stamford Hospital. He was born on February 4, 1932 in Augusta, Georgia to Charles Gilliems and Muriel Garrett Gilliems. He was predeceased by his wife Vivian Love Gilliems whom he loved dearly. Warent served honorably in the United States Navy and retired from Clairol after many years of employment. His family knew him only as a kind and devoted gentleman who adored his daughter Debra Denise Gilliems and his hobbies included watching western movies. His memory will be treasured by his daughter; Debra Denise Gilliems, his godson; David McClain and devoted cousin; Sylvester Garrett and numerous friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am, followed by a service of remembrance at 11:00 am at Graves Medley Funeral Services, 31 Stillwater Ave., Stamford, CT., Rev. Winton M. Hill, III officiant. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
