Warren Eugene Bouchard, 82, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH, after a period of declining health.

Born on August 5, 1943, in Manchester, NH, Warren was the son of the late Raymond Bouchard and Katherine (Clark) Bouchard. He was one of four siblings and spent his early years in Manchester, where he graduated from Memorial High School. A lifelong learner, Warren went on to earn multiple degrees, including a doctorate.

Warren led a life dedicated to service in many forms. He began his career in public safety, working as both a police officer and an EMT for the Town of Bethel, Maine. He later transitioned into education, where he found his true calling. Early in his educational career he was a teacher, then Warren was the Principal of Groveton High School. Years later he would return as Superintendent. He quickly moved into leadership roles, serving as principal at Telstar High School in Bethel and later at Franklin High School in the mid-1980s. One of Warren's most cherished roles was serving as Executive Director of Camp Paul in Chelmsford, MA - a role that combined his love of mentorship, community, and care. He concluded his professional journey as Administrator for On the Road to Recovery, continuing his lifelong commitment to helping others.

A man of deep faith, Warren was an Ordained Trinitarian Catholic Minister and a Franciscan Brother. His spiritual home was the Precious Blood Monastery, served by the Sisters of the Precious Blood in Manchester.

Warren had a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. He especially loved spending time at the beach, with Ogunquit holding a special place in his heart. Also, Warren refereed soccer, basketball and girls lacrosse for almost 50 years.

He was predeceased by his parents and siblings: Robert Bouchard, Denis Bouchard, and Catherine Roberge.

Warren is lovingly remembered by his partner, Jeff Goutos; his son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Jennifer Bouchard; Lori Clark: and his cherished grandson, Caleb.
