Warren A. Bye, 80, died on February 25, 2024 at the Portsmouth Hospital. He was born on January 15, 1944 in Beverly, MA, the son of the late Andrew and Ruth (Steedman) Bye.
Formerly of Exeter, NH, Warren grew up in Beverly and has resided in Kingston for the last 30 years. He formerly worked as a gardener for Rye Ridge Greenery in Rye, NH, and also worked for many years as a janitor for Phillips Exeter Academy and more recently at Walmart.
Warren was well known for his "Green Thumb". He loved gardening, photography, and was an avid ham radio operator.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Donald Bye. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Suzanna P. (Homan) Bye of Kingston, NH; his brother Richard Bye and his wife Linda of Calabash, NC; 3 sisters, Carolyn Woodard and her husband John of Freedom, NH, Marcia Price of Ossipee, NH; and Ruth Ann Brewer and her husband Roland of Beverly, MA; his sister-in-law Linda Ringer of Marblehead, MA; his brother-in-law Walter Homan of Marblehead, MA; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 1 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH.
