Warren Grier Obituary
Warren C. Grier, 83, of Belle Vernon, Washington Twp., passed away Friday, October 17, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 8, 1942 in N. Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Otto and Catherine Ferguson Grier. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 60 years, Mr. Grier was a Christian by faith, was retired from Whg-Pgh Steel Allenport Plant, where he worked as a pipe fitter and was the former owner and operator of North Belle Vernon Dairy Queen with his wife Sharon. He was volunteer fireman for many years at Washington Twp. Fire Department.
He is survived by his sister-in-law Terri White of Belle Vernon with whom he resided with. He is preceded in death by his wife Sharon L. White Grier (2015) and brother Alan Grier (2021).
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 PM followed by funeral services at 4 PM with Pastor Chuck Jack of the First United Methodist Church, Belle Vernon, officiating at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Private interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
