Wayne Magner Obituary
Wayne was born on June 17, 1955, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to Gaylord and Mary (Machado) Magner. He was preceded in death by his father, Gaylord Magner; his grandson, Kaleb Veasman; and his nephew, David Magner.
Wayne was an avid hunter and fisherman who found his greatest joy in the outdoors, especially spending time in the woods with his sons and grandchildren. He had a deep appreciation for music and the simple moments in life. Wayne was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and a born-again Christian, whose faith was an important part of his life.
Wayne will be deeply missed by his loving family, including his children, Wayne Magner and wife Amber of Dixon, Missouri, Tiffany Rollins and husband Travis of Iberia, Missouri, and Cliffty Magner and wife Tonya of Vienna, Missouri; his sister, Sharon Collison and husband Donnie of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his mother, Mary Magner of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his brothers, Kenny Magner and wife Patricia of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Eric Magner of Virginia Beach, Virginia; nineteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and special friends, Debby and Luther Moffet and family; as well as many others that knew and loved him.
A memorial gathering to honor and celebrate Wayne's life will be announced and held at a later date.
