Wayne Manuel

Wayne Manuel passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the age of 78. He was a retired welder, resident of Brusly and native of Chataignier, LA. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Wilbert Funeral Home, Port Allen from 12:30pm until Rite of Christian Burial at 1:30pm, conducted by Deacon Bob McDonner. Wayne is survived by his wife of 59 years, Glenda Manuel; sons, Brent Manuel and wife Vicky, Scott Manuel and wife Dina; grandchildren, Mya and Carly Manuel, Ryleigh Manuel, and Brendan Jacob and wife Maeghan; great grandchildren, Eliot and Myer Jacob; brother, Douglas Manuel and wife Marla; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Florence Olivier Manuel; and brother, Calvin Manuel. Wayne was an avid golfer.
