Wayne L. Ulsh, 85, of Carlisle, passed away December 27, 2025, at the UPMC West Shore Hospital.
Born September 17, 1940, he was the son of the late J. Lee and Miriam (Snyder) Ulsh. He is a graduate of Big Spring High School and the Pennsylvania State University. Wayne was most recently self employed as a real estate agent before retiring.
He is survived by his daughter: Diana Ulsh; grandchildren; David Merrill and Michael Merrill (Haley) and 3 great-grandchildren; sister; Carolyn Baldwin; nieces, Staci Lehman (Doug) and Wendy Eppley (Dave) and a nephew, Mike Baldwin (Susan). He is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Fred Baldwin
Wayne was a strong advocate for the local school board and was very supportive of local politicians. He also enjoyed going out to breakfast at the Carlisle Diner.
A memorial service will be held at 12pm December 31, 2025, at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, 2020 W. Trindle Rd. Carlisle, PA 17013. There will be a visitation from 11am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
