Weakley "Dickie" Poole, III, 57 of Nashville, TN passed away on August 25,2025. He was surrounded by the love of his family. Dickie was a devoted husband, a proud father and grandfather. He was a cherished son, a caring brother, a fun and loving uncle. Dickie was a true friend to all who had the privilege to know him.
Born in 1967, Dickie grew up in South Nashville and graduated from Overton High School in 1986. He was a hardworking man who dedicated many years of his life to Clouse Construction, where he built not only projects but lasting friendships. He also worked closely with Danny Judd for many years, which brought him pride and love in his work.
When he wasn't working, Dickie loved being outdoors fishing, relaxing with his music and spending quality time with his family. He especially loved his wife, Sonya Poole, with whom he shared a lasting bond. He loved his mother, brother, children, grandchildren and his entire family dearly. He was happiest when surrounded by those he loved, whether it be family gatherings, by the water or by the grill, making food, and making memories with his video camera.
He is survived by loving and devoted fiancé' Sonya Kimble, beloved children, Chasidy Poole and Kenyea Pool, Chauncey (Keeuna), Starsha (Antwan) and Louis. His 6 grandchildren, his mother Barbara Chrismon, his brother, Kenneth Poole (Lanita), his niece Danielle Horton and a host of other nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind countless friends who will always remember him with love. He was preceded in death by his father Weakley Poole Jr. Weakley Poole Ill will be remembered not only for the role he filled as a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, but for the love he gave, the laughs he shared, and the way he touched every life around him. His memory will forever live in the hearts of all who knew him.
