Wesley Edward Frey Sr.

Wesley Edward Frey, Sr., 84, of Springfield, died Wednesday January 25, 2012 at North Crest Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday January 28th at 11:00 a.m. in the Pleasant View Methodist Church Cemetery with Tim Harris officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. at the Robertson County Funeral Home. Mr. Frey was born February 21, 1927 in Robertson County to the late Wesley Taylor Frey and Lorraine Owens Draper. He was a retire ship maintenance worker with the City of Springfield and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Frey was a veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife of 55 years: Martha Owens Frey, daughter: Linda Frey Clinard of Cedar Hill, sons: Wesley Edward Frey, Jr., and William Owens Frey both of Springfield, grandsons: Josh Edward Frey and James Brandon Clinard, great grandchild: Kaedence Frey.
