Willadene Mallory

Willadene was born on August 23, 1942 to the union of Coby Ted Mallory and Maybelle Fomby-Mallory of Westfield, Alabama. She attended Westfield High School through her Junior year and completed her high school education at North Division in Milwaukee, WI. Willadene attended both Tuskegee Instituteand Miles College in Alabama.She relocated to Milwaukee, WI where she worked for Allis Chambers and Badger Bearing Co. for the better of 20 years as a Data Entry Clerk. She added five more working years to the Bank One Corporate offices, also as an Entry Clerk. Willadene was blessed with two sons, Geoffrey Dion and Brian Keith.Willadene was a great female athlete. Her honors includesthe 1957 Alabama All-State Womens High School Basketball MVP. She pioneered the first Womens Softball League in 1973 at Garfield Park (now Rose Park) in Milwaukee, WI. She was also inducted into Wisconsins Hall of Fame for 25 years of competitive services in Womens Slow Pitch Softball and Billiards where she has a lifetime and career 91% winning percentage. Willadenes sharp eye on the pool tables early on throughout Milwaukee earned her the nickname "Killer Dean" which became a lifelong badge of honor.Willadene entered her eternal life on July 12, 2025 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents Coby and Maybelle Mallory; five brothers: Warren Mallory, Ivory Mallory, Larry Mallory, Harold Mallory, and Ted Mallory, Jr.; three sisters: Margie Mallory-Fowler, Ruth Mae Mallory-Harold, and Beatrice Mallory-James.She leaves to cherish her memories: brother, Leslie Mallory of Milwaukee, WI; two sons, Brian Keith Mallory (Barbara) of Phoenix, AZ and Geoffrey Dion Mallory (Octavia) of Knoxville, TN; three grandchildren, Byrgundy White (Jared) of Knoxville, TN, Kamryn Mallory and Bryce Mallory of Phoenix,AZ; and one great-grandchild Azure White and a host of nieces, nephews, relativesand very close friends
