Willard R. "Bill" Miller, 83, of West Lafayette passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
He was born in Limpytown in Holmes County on June 12, 1942 to the late John H.N. and Sylvia E. (Mullet) Miller and married Nora L. Snyder on May 7, 2008. She survives.
He attended the Clark School in Clark and was a driver for the Amish Community for many years.
He was a member of the Village Baptist Church in West Lafayette where he loved hearing the Word of God. A devoted Christian with a deep faith and belief in God, he read his Bible every day. Bill also loved his country and Bluegrass Music. He played in several bands throughout the years with the most recent being the Salt Creek Bluegrass Band.
In addition to his wife Nora, he is survived by his son Chance Miller.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Tulsa Miller; brothers, Floyd Miller and James Miller; and sisters, Orpha Miller, Melva Wengerd and Elsie Mae Beachy.
In keeping with Bill's wishes, cremation will take place with a private burial. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Hospice for the loving care they provided to Bill and his family.
