William Conrad Booz

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, William C. Booz, Sr., 91, of Spring Grove, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital. He was the devoted husband to the late Janet (Pittman) Booz. Bill was born on February 16, 1933 in Baltimore, MD to the late Clarence and Lillian (Holland) Booz. After serving in the US Navy, Bill worked for, and later retired from, Insulators Local #11. In his spare time, his passion was woodworking.
Bill is survived by one son, Joseph Booz and his wife Elizabeth; two sisters; one brother; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents and two sons, Edward and William Booz, Jr.
Public viewings will be held on Tuesday, October 22 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, then again on Wednesday, October 23 from 10:00am until a funeral service begins at 11:00am, all taking place at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock.
