William Brasier Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Generations Funeral Home & Crematory - Tomahawk on Nov. 6, 2024.
William "Bill" G. Brasier, age 66, of Tomahawk, WI, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Bill was born on March 11, 1958, in Salina, KS, to the late Gerald and Marion (Borofka) Brasier. He married the love of his life, Tammy, on July 5, 2003, where he gained two sons whom he loved as his own.
Bill grew up in Marshfield, WI, where he graduated from Columbus High School in 1976. After high school, he went on to Trade School and became a Sheet Metal Fabricator. Bill took much pride in his sheet metal work for over 35 years before his retirement.
Bill was a passionate sportsman whose love for hunting and fishing brought him countless cherished moments in nature. He found peace and exhilaration in the outdoors, often sharing these experiences with family and friends. A devoted fan of the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers, Bill lived for game days, enjoyed cheering on his teams and celebrating their victories. He also had a love for listening to music. Bill enjoyed spending life with and making memories with his wife, Tammy. He loved his family and spending time with them; however, nothing brought him more happiness than watching his grandchildren play. His presence at their sporting events was a constant source of encouragement, and his pride in their achievements was unmatched. Bill also enjoyed spending time with his dog, Teo, and bringing him to the dog park. Bill's love for both the game and his family will forever be cherished memories and he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Brasier; his two sons, Cody (Jennifer) Rice, and Marques (Katrina) Rice; his three beautiful grandchildren, Avery, Easton, and Remington; his siblings, Cheryl (Jim) Bayer, Brian (Esther) Brasier, and Linda (Randy) Linzmeier; his father figure/mentor, Chuck Wilson; his mothers and fathers-in-law, Bill and Kathy Chandler, and Roger and Judy Lawver; his sisters-in-law, Becky (Mitch) Mesko, and Cim Chandler (Thom); his pup, Teo; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Marion Brasier; Audrey Wilson; his nephew, Max Bayer; and his loving pets, Biscuit and Seger.
Memorial services for Bill will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Generations Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM. Rev. Larry Mathein will officiate. The family will receive friends for visitation from 12:00 PM until the time of services at 2:00 PM. Generations Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
