William Cecil Obituary
He was born October 6, 1939; the son of the late George and Mary (Needs) Cecil.
William worked in the Maintenance Department at the Kammer Plant; was a member of the Church of Christ; enjoyed vintage cars, coin collecting and train collecting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Lou Cecil.
Survivors include two sons, John Cecil of Moundsville and Greg (Linda) Cecil of New York; one daughter, Rachel (Jim) Duke of Austin, Texas; three grandchildren, Deanna Cecil, Cynthia Duke and Stephen Duke; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday, December 22nd from 12-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave Moundsville, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105
