William J. Davey, Jr., "Bill", age 91 of Philadelphia, PA., passed away on March 19,2025. He was born in Philadelphia, son of the late William, Sr. and Catherine Davey.
Bill was the devoted husband of Geraldine (nee Hahn) married for over 42 wonderful years. He was the loving father of Lori Davey (Edward), William Davey III (Regina) and Dorothy O'Donnell (Stephen). He will be sadly missed by his eight grandchildren; his great grandchild; his surviving sister Joann Kerollis and brother John Davey; many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his siblings Catherine Bryson, Albert Davey and Mary Meister.
Bill was a cornerstone of his family, playing an integral role in raising his children and grandchildren. His impact on their lives is immeasurable and his legacy will continue to thrive on the generations he touched.
Bill was a clothing cutter for Pincus Brothers where he worked for 40+ years. He proudly served in the US Navy.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Life Celebration, Monday, March 24th from 10 to 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Calvary Church, 11024 Knights Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. His Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park, 333 County Line Road, Lower Southampton Township, PA 19006.
