William Simpson "Little Bill" Dulin

William Simpson (Little Bill) Dulin, of Paoli, passed away September 5, 2025 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years from cancer. Bill was born December 26, 1966 to William W. Dulin and Erma H. (Moody) Dulin in St. Louis, Missouri. He moved to Norman, Oklahoma with his mother, sister and brother in 1980 and graduated from Norman High School in 1983. After graduation he lived with his father in Kansas City and St. Louis, Missouri. He then moved to Worcester, Massachusetts to live with his mother and brother. After the death of his brother, he and his mother returned to Oklahoma to live near his sister in Paoli.

Bill was a special-needs child and was dearly loved and well cared for by his family for his entire life. He was encouraged and helped to live as independently as possible. He was a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation.

He loved sports and watching television. He always considered himself to be from St. Louis and was a big fan of the St. Louis sports teams.

Bill is survived by his parents, sister, Lisa and a niece, Shannon.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 2:30 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. We invite you to send a message of comfort at www.stufflebeanfuneralhome.com.
