William Terry Edwards, 79, a project estimator for Timbo Construction, died February 22, 2026, at Bolivar County Medical Center in Cleveland, MS. Visitation is Wednesday, February 25, 2026, 1:00pm - 2:00pm at Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS. Funeral services are 2:00pm Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS with burial in the Shelby Cemetery in Shelby, MS. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife Kim Ellington Edwards of Duncan, MS; son Mark Edwards of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; daughter Michelle (John) Mullins of Lyles, TN; sister Christy (Gary) Terrell of Charlotte, NC; five grandchildren Amanda Crockrell (Zac), Jack Mullins, Blake Edwards (Ashton), Mark Edwards, Jr., Anna Carson Edwards; four great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents Lavert & Jessie Mae Edwards; first wife Linda Pongetti Edwards; son Jeff Edwards; sister Peggy Burton.
