William was born September 3, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late William L and Elizabeth (McBratney) Egerter.
Left to cherish William's memory are his sisters Robin Egerter (Pat Lockheed) of Murrells Inlet, SC, and Dawn Andrews of Murrells Inlet, SC; a nephew John Seneca (Diane) of Conway, SC, and a niece Kimberly Facenda of Thornton, CO.
Along with his parents William was preceded in death by sisters Elizabeth M. Seneca and Barbara a. Black, and a brother-in-law Dr. Stanley Andrews.
William was an enthusiastic fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles, he loved fishing, attending Broadway Shows, and both Christian and Classical music. He was also a devoted member of The Calvary Chapel Church of Myrtle Beach, SC.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Magnolia Bridge and Crescent Hospice for the loving care that was provided for William.
The family will be having a private service to celebrate William's life. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Francis Animal Center 125 Ridge Street Georgetown, SC 29440.
