William E. Emm, 83, of Liverpool, passed away on October 8, 2024.
William was born on December 13, 1940, to Robert and Anne Emm.
He retired from Carrier after 30+ years. Billy was helpful to everyone. In his free time, Billy enjoyed gardening, working on DIY projects, boating, and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. Billy and his brother Ronnie owned the Seneca Grill in Syracuse for many years.
William's life was marked by his proud service in the United States Coast Guard for four years.
Billy was preceded in death by sisters Mildred (Frederick) Knowles and Patricia Emm Parker Lockwood; brothers James Emm and Ronald Emm; several nieces and a great-nephew.
William is survived by his loving nieces, Sandy (Tom) Pasnikowski, Carla (Bob) Arnold, Patti (Dan) Ruffos, Kitti Parker, Susan Knowles, Shelly Knowles, Jenell (Tom) Wilson and Jennifer Bailey, and his nephew, Victor (Laura) Parker. He cherished his time with them and leaves behind several great nieces and nephews.
