William "Bill" H. Flessner passed away peacefully November 13, 2021, after a courageous battle against cancer.
Bill is survived by his sisters Pat (Jim) Mulroney and Alice Musser, sisters-in-law Mary Flessner and Kathy Flessner, aunt Eileen Lundgren, nieces Carolyn (Cris) Chingwa, Kat Kashmerick, Kim Kashmerick, Jill Flessner, Dr. Dana Robinson and Dr. Anne Flessner, nephews Sean (Lauren) Mulroney and Chris (Heather) Kashmerick, great nephews Harrison, Dylan, Jason and JesseJames and great niece Samantha. He is further survived by his best buddy Otto and many great friends.
Bill was proceeded in death by his parents Jack & Adeline Flessner, brothers Jack Flessner and Tom Flessner, brother-in-law Mike Musser and his 3 Shelties: Rev, Jasper and Dakota.
Special thanks to Juan and Olivia Cardenas for being the best neighbors ever!
Bill enjoyed traveling, meeting new friends and swapping stories, especially if any of these were accompanied by an Old Style.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 22, at St. Dismas Church, 2600 Sunset Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois, at 9 am, followed by mass at 10 am. Funeral reception to follow at Glen Flora Tap, 938 W. Glen Flora Ave., Waukegan, at 11:30 am.
In Lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to a charity of your choice.
