Bill was so loved and appreciated by everyone whose life he touched. He got so much joy by loving others and making people laugh. Everyone enjoyed his stories and jokes, even after hearing them multiple times over. His laugh was contagious and hearty and his smile lit up the room. His incredible sense of humor and wit added to the many reasons he was so loved.
He loved all sports, including golf, the Yankees and the Ravens. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy and was so proud to have served his country.
Being a Dad brought him joy and he was devoted to his children. His grandchildren were an amazing gift that he enjoyed immensely. It meant so much to him to be a great Dad and grandfather.
He was the best husband and his genuine love and caring ways made Cathy feel like the luckiest woman in the world.
He will be missed beyond words and anyone lucky enough to have known him is better for it.
Arrangements by Eastern Shore Cremation and a celebration of life will be held in January. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of William, please visit our floral store.
