William Robert Harcourt

William Robert "Bill" Harcourt, 60, passed away at his home in Fanwood, NJ on Saturday, April 15, 2023, with his family by his side. Bill grew up in Westfield, NJ until moving to Fanwood, NJ in 1991.
After graduating from Westfield High School in 1980, Bill attended UCC and graduated from Northeastern University. He was employed as a sales representative with JVS Industrial in Edison.
Bill was an outstanding golfer and played in the Junior College National Championship while at Union County College and on the Northeastern University golf team. He taught all three of his sons how to play golf and coached them in each of their sports. He spent countless hours with them and provided them with every opportunity to play at the highest level.
He will be remembered for being a devoted husband and father, the President of the FGA (Free Golf Association), running his dogs Brandi, Dallas, and Colton at golf courses every night and enjoying every moment in life with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Margie Nugent Harcourt; his mother, Mary Dawson Harcourt; his three sons, Danny, Jimmy and Tommy; and his sister, Kathy Bellante. He was predeceased by his father, James Harcourt in 1985 and his twin brother, Charles Harcourt in 2014.
Visitation will be at Dooley Colonial Home, 556 Westfield Ave., Westfield, on Thursday, April 20th from 4 PM to 7 PM. His funeral Mass will be at Holy Trinity RC Church, Westfield Ave., Westfield, on Friday, April 21st at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
