William Robert Klippel, 83 years old, of Brookfield, Wisconsin, became an angel on January 25, 2026. He is now at peace with his wife, Sandra, who died just last year, January 27, 2025.

Bill was born on March 14, 1942, to William and Emmeline Klippel in Milwaukee, and is survived by his sister, Carolyn (DeBus) and three children, Mark (Chris) Klippel, John (Lori) Klippel, and Suzanne (Scott) Stiverson.

Bill has also been a wonderful grandpa to Zachary, Reilly, Hope, Hailey, Bo, Maddy, Damon, and Jay.

Bill met his wife at a church group when they were both teenagers, married the day after Sandra turned 20, and had a wonderful marriage. Bill graduated from Carroll University with a business administration degree in 1966. Bill was also an Army Reservist from 1963-1969; stationed at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

Bill spent 20 years working as a controller for Koehring International. He then was President of Granite Finance and before owning a water jet company.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 2:30 pm until the 3:30 pm funeral service at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1415 Dopp Street, Waukesha, WI 53188. Private interment will be at Prairie Home Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society (https://pages.lls.org/svoy/wi/svoymil26/bstiverson).
