William Knight Obituary
William Brett Knight, 31, was born on Feb. 28, 1994 in Brookhaven, MS and passed away on Aug. 19, 2025 in San Antonio, TX. A time of memorial and remembrance will be held from 5pm-7pm on Wed. Sept. 24, 2025 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.
He was a graduate of Brandon High School in 2012 and Co-Lin in 2015.
Brett is survived by his parents, Tony and Mariah Reed and Douglas and Jackie Knight; brother, Skyler Knight; sister, Maygun Knight; bonus grandmother, Kim Bowman; his cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends. Brett is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward and Eloise Knight; his maternal grandparents, Melanie Mahnke and Kenneth Bowman and his step mother, Christine Cole.
Unapologetically himself in every way. Gone well before we were ready to say goodbye.
