Just discovered that Bill passed away. Bill was an Army buddy. We served together in Germany in the early sixties. We traveled together to Ireland in 1961 to visit his family´s ancestral home in Sligo on the west coast of the Island. We connected again many years after our discharges, he and his wife Jan visited my family in South Carolina and I traveled to his home in Menominee, Wisconsin. He was one the most literate and brilliant persons I ever met. I treasure the memories of the time. I spent with him.
