William Ralph Osborne, 84, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa Lee Osborne; children, Tammy Eanes (Richard), Butch Osborne (Tina), Lisha Osborne, and Sherry Hurt (Charlie); seven grandchildren, Matthew Eanes, Ryan Eanes, Will Osborne, Zac Osborne, Bradley Hurt, Kelsey Trivellin, and Alexis Osborne-Parkins; and six great-grandchildren, Lilly Hurt, Bella Eanes, Lincoln Osborne, Cora Eanes, Kaiden Trivellin, and Jameson Eanes.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 12 noon on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Oakey's South Chapel with Pastor Melton Johnson officiating. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021, at Oakey's South Chapel. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.oakeys.com.

While I didn't know Ralph well, I have seen the impact he made on the world through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who were his whole world. I know having working with his daughter Tammy for the last 4 1/2 years he was the best dad a girl could wish for in the world. He loved well and was loved well by his family.
