What an incredible man. I really enjoyed your genius thoughts, our spirited political discussions and shared love of tinkering. Heaven gains an angel, but we will miss you here. -Dr. Hernandez

I knew Bill in the 1960s when I dated and was briefly married to his late sister Shari. He was married to his first wife Sue and had three children at the time. We lost touch after my divorce from Shari. We reconnected via LinkedIn in the 2010s. Bill and I always got a long well as we were both Risk fanatics and would play hours on end. Through him I was able reconnect with Shari before she passed to apologize for being the immature jerk I was when we were together. Bill also contacted me when she died. I will always be grateful to him for doing this for me. He was a very good man.

Mr. Bill Spaman was a great neighbor. He took pride in his various collections of semi-precious rocks, postage stamps, and other artifacts. He called us to come and fix his TV and remote but we think he just wanted us to vis5, and we did it gladly.
He has left us with fond memories and we will miss him dearly. May God rest his soul in peace.

Bill Spaman was a strong Christian man and a Loving Husband to Robyn!
Yes! His family and all who knew him enjoyed him as father and friend!
His rich and joyful countenance enriched the lives of all who knew him!
Now he is enraptured with the joy of heaven as he receives the loving reunion with loved ones and His Master and friend Jesus!
We look forward to that grand reunion in heaven one of these days!
"But until then, our hearts will go on singing!
And until then with joy we´ll carry on!
Until the day we all behold that City!
Until the day ... God calls us home"!
Love and Prayers,
Bob & Julie Ball
