Bill was born in Alva, Oklahoma on August 10, 1956 to Martin "Luther" and Mary (Case)Stark the youngest of three children. He attended school in Waynoka until he and his William "Bill" Max Stark departed this world on August 12, 2023, two days after his 67th birthday.
Bill was born in Alva, Oklahoma on August 10, 1956 to Martin "Luther" and Mary (Case)Stark the youngest of three children. He attended school in Waynoka until he and his parents moved to Wellington, Kansas when he was 14 years old. He completed school in Wellington, graduating in 1975.
Bill met the love of his life, Clarissa Sue Stakley, and they married in 1994.
Sadly, Sue predeceased him in 2019. Also pre-deceasing him are his parents, Luther and Mary Stark and older brother Marshall Lee Stark. He is survive by his sister, Marva, Lou Stark) Parsons and husband, Rudy of Oklahoma City, OK; nephews, Craig Stark and wife Patty of Portales, N.M. ; Darrel Stark, and wife, Delia of Friona, Texas; and Kreston Taylor and wife Kara of Piedmont Oklahoma.
He also leaves behind several great nieces and nephews plus many dear cousins and friends. parents moved to Wellington, Kansas when he was 14 years old. He completed school in Wellington, graduating in 1975.
