William "Charlie" Thomas passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 53.
Charlie was a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 513, where he dedicated many years of hard work and craftsmanship.
An avid outdoorsman, he found great joy in nature, especially duck hunting. He was a devoted member of Ducks Unlimited, supporting conservation efforts for waterfowl and their habitats. In addition to duck hunting, he also enjoyed fishing and other forms of hunting, spending countless peaceful hours in the woods and on the water.

He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
