In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Williams. Bill spent his career working for Carmeuse Lime Company as a lime plant operator and later found joy working at the 312 Market, where he turned strangers into friends and friends into family.

My love, my heart, my soul. You will be missed forever. You'd be so proud of yr daughter and my sisters. They have all come for me. But you knew that. You can finally sleep my darling. You are now truly my angel. Thank you for being the most amazing, incredible man, husband, daddy, papa, brother, uncle. You took great care of us, even tho your driving made us all crazy! I have loved you since I was 15 years old. HOW DO DO THIS WITHOUT YOU??!!!
