Jetta S. Williams-Jackson, 71, passed away January 17, 2023.
Jetta Jackson, second oldest of six children. She is preceded in death by her parents, Izetta and Earl Williams, her brother Lee Solon, and her son, Marqus. She is survived by her siblings Jeanette, Earl (Sylvia), John (Beverly) and Joy (Paul). In 1969 she graduated from Lincoln High School in Kansas City, Missouri, and then attended UMKC. She married Charlos T. Jackson in 1969, from that union they had two children, Jada and Marqus. Before settling in Tulsa to raise their family, they lived in Japan. Jetta worked for over 20 years at Zebco, winning the Trailblazer award several times. She was also a faithful member of Saint Paul African Methodist, Episcopal Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, serving as a trustee, and also a member of the Women's Missionary Society. She also leaves to cherish her memory, eight grandchildren J'day, Jaxen, Journey, EJ, Kearah, Marqus, Cheyenne and Angel.
Memorial services will be 1PM, February 4, 2023 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; private burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.
