Bill McCarroll, 82 of Simi Valley, CA, rode off into the sunset on January 25, 2023.
Funeral & burial services will be held at Assumption Cemetery, 1380 Fitzgerald Rd., Simi Valley, Ca. 93065 on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 10am. Visitation will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran St., Simi Valley, Ca. 93063, from 5:00-9:00pm on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
Bill was born in his grandparent's home in a rural part of Latimer County, OK to Willie & Gladys McCarroll on June 16, 1940. He graduated from Banning High School in 1958. Completed various college courses to aid in his career; which spanned 4+ decades in the aerospace industry. He cherished being married for 61 years and enjoyed the challenges of his job, passing along his tinkering knowledge and bragging about his family.
Bill is survived by his son Willie Jr., daughter Claudette, 3 grandkids, 4 great grandkids and numerous other family members & friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Birdie McCarroll and brothers Ernest and Jewel McCarroll.
