Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home - Clinton on Jan. 28, 2026.
Winnifred Alberta "Winnie" Grable, 87, of Clinton, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 26, 2026, at Clinton Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Clinton.

Winnie was born May 13, 1938, in Shelbyville, MO, to Randall and Clara Mahaffey. She was united in marriage to John Grable on June 15, 1957.

Winnie is survived by her children, Beth (Dave) Geisert and Randy (Endelia) Grable. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandy Grable, Kristi Green (Dan), Heather Neil (Clayton), Amie Foster (Dylan), Amanda Jo Grable, Tiffany Grable, Marlena Smith, Becca Evans, and Dakota Grable; 13 great-grandchildren: Jordan Snethen, Noah Rucker, Sophia Green, Carson Neil, Cadee Neil, Hayden Foster, Bryer Foster, Finley Foster, Montgomery Foster, Alexander Vandervoort, Ben Freeman, Ronald Williams, and Johnny Evans; and 4 siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John, son Mike Grable, daughter-in-law Angela Grable, and 8 siblings.

Winnie worked at Marley's in Olathe, Eagle's Nest RV park, and Red Roof Storage, where she loved working and connecting with others. She cherished spending winters in Texas with John and their pets. Music, her grandchildren, and family gatherings brought her immense joy. She looked forward to the annual Mahaffey Reunion.

Winnie loved when her family would celebrate birthdays and holidays with her at the nursing home. She treasured her time with her granddaughters Brandy and Kristi, who showered her with love and care. Her daughter Beth's weekly visits were a highlight. And she was especially delighted by visits from her great-grandkids, Noah, Sophia, and Jordan, who truly lit up her world.

Winnie's love for her family and friends will be deeply missed.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. Condolences may be left online at www.bradleyhadley.com.
