A true character. He was a rock star, educator, artist, comedian, stylist, and barber. He was inspirational, impactful, confident, powerful, resilient, resourceful, authentic, and iconic. His impact on the world goes beyond words and his costumes will never be forgotten. 1 of 1.
He is survived by his daughter, Zoe Williams of Louisville, KY; his two brothers, Austin Williams and wife, Brandi, of Tiptonville, and Seth Marks and wife Jessica, of Paducah, KY; and his father, Terry Lee Marks of Paducah, KY. He was proceeded in death by his mother, DeVona Stayton (Parker) Williams and step father, Roger Stayton. Loved, cherished and remembered by ALL.

Visitation will be 4:00 - 5:00 PM, with Memorial services to follow at Lara Kendall Middle School, Ridgely Tn. In the new gymnasium, From 5pm- 7pm, August 30th, 2025.

I met Zac when he moved to Nevada. He started his profession in a little beauty salon. He put an advertisement in a local internet site. Went to him for a hair cut. He did a great job. We had great conversations with each hair cut, including how and where is daughter was. I miss his great personality and cuts. RIP.
