Mr. Watson was born on October 25, 1963, in Nashville, TN to the late Zach Elliott Watson Sr. and Viola Everette who survives. He was a long-time painter working in Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia.
Survivors include a son; Zach Elliott Watson III, mother; Viola (Terry) Everett, grandchildren; Ari, Maci, McKenzey, Lane, Bryson, Neyland, Knoxton, and Nevaeh, siblings; Iris (Don) Adcock of Wartrace, TN, Denise Glascoe of Shelbyville, TN, Tammy (Morris) Percey of Alabama, Becky (Greg) Worley of Alabama, Pam (Steve) Lewter of Alabama, Teresa (Jimmy) Wallace of Shelbyville, TN, and longtime friend Martha Whitehead of Macon, Ga. Along with many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 11:30 AM Wednesday August 20, 2025, at Hollywood Cemetery in Wartrace, TN with Brothers Terry Everett and Carroll Crosslin officiating. Visitation with the family will be held prior to the graveside from 9 – 11 AM at Doak-Howell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Doak-Howell Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
Doak-Howell Funeral Home is serving the family.
