Zeb Anthony “Andy” English, 63, passed away on Monday, October 30. 2023. Born in Bennettsville, SC, he was a son of the late Zeb and Betty English. Andy was a graduate of Wallace High School, where he played football for the Bearcats. He went on to work for INA (Schaeffler Group) as a maintenance technician. Andy enjoyed farming and gardening, watching football and NASCAR, he was an avid Jimmie Johnson fan. He loved spending time with his family, especially Sundays at his mom’s house. He was a laid-back, easy-going guy, that loved to be the life of the party.
Andy is survived by his wife, Hope White English, of the home; sons, Cameron (Cheyenne) English, of Blenheim, SC; Baylen (Sarah) English, of Chapin, SC; and Jonathan (Amie) Brown of Florida; a daughter, Avril English, of South Carolina; brothers, Frankie English, of Wallace, SC; and Brittany (Mandy) English, of Bennettsville, SC, a sister, Elaine (Tony) Creech, of Wallace, SC and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents listed above, a brother Randy English, and a sister Gaynell Coates.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.
A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Kiser Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Wallace, SC.
Visitors are also welcome at his childhood home, 3145 Grants Mill Road West, Wallace, SC beginning at 4:30pm.
