Mr. Zimir L. Wright Jr.

Mr. Zimir Labon Wright Jr. was born April 16, 2007 to Shameira Hines and Zimir Wright Sr. in Newport News, Virginia at Riverside hospital. Zimir transitioned to the afterlife on September 17, 2024. Zimir was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia where he attended Heritage High School.
Zimir had amazing ambition and fulfilling goals. In his free time he enjoyed relaxing at home, playing video games, playing basketball, and listening to music.
He also took pride in his good cooking skills and his ever growing shoe collection. Zimir had dreams of becoming a mechanic once he completed high school. Though Zimir's life was short, he impacted many people who will continue to love him dearly. He will be remembered for his amazing personality, bright spirit, undeniable charm, and beautiful smile.
Preceding Zimir in death was his mother, Shameira Hines, his father, Zimir Wright Sr., and his two brothers Gabriel Wright and Dayquan Hines.
Zimir will live eternally through his seven siblings Sincere Hines, Aliyah Hines, Lyna Hines, Makaila Harmon, Christin Harmon, Joanna Harmon, and Nyloni Harmon. He will be remembered by his grandparents Marcia Williams, Regina Spence, and Morris Hines Jr. Along with his aunts and uncles Wesley Williams, Melissa Williams, Hasheem Hines, Yasheeka Hines, Grace Hines, Nikeya Hines, Trudena Spence, and Michelle Spence. Zimir left behind countless cousins including, but not limited to, Dameira Hines, Lamere Hines, LaNeka Williams, Angel Hines, Tymere Hines, Destiny HInes, Zymir Mitchell, LaShay Williams, Zoee Motley-Hines, Neya Hines, Yasir Green, Amir Hines, Kysir Hines, Symir Hines, and, most importantly, Jahdir HInes. Zimir was a light on this earth and he will continue to shine through all of the people who had the privilege to love him.
It is the desire of the Wright / Williams families that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
