Zoey had a kind heart that touched the lives of everyone she met. She was full of life and treasured her time making memories with those she knew and loved. Zoey enjoyed painting, hiking, skateboarding, gaming, traveling to the beach, and collecting designer sneakers. Zoey also loved music, she was known to listen to almost all genres you could think of.
Zoey was cherished by so many who will carry her memory in their hearts and will keep her memory alive throughout their lives. Zoey lives on in the lives of her parents, Kenneth Barr and Pam Barr, her sister Jennifer Petruso, her nephews, Caleb, Cody, and Corbin Petruso, her Aunt, Wanda Garris, Uncle, Eddie Simons, Aunt, Sandy Simons, her cousins, Brian Garris, his companion, Amari, Brent, and Alora Garris and their daughter Lanaea Garris, Tabitha Boyd, Jack Simons and Totianna Diehl. Zoey is also survived by her loving boyfriend, Ray Vinson, the love of her life. Zoey also lives on in the lives of her friends and their families who valued her presence in their lives.
Zoey will be remembered for the laughter and love she brought to those in her life. Her bubbly personality will be missed by those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
There will be a visitation for family and friends on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 1 pm at Adcock Funeral Home, Spring Lake, NC. A service will follow the visitation in the Adcock Funeral Home Chapel at 3 pm. A graveside will be held after the service at Riverview Memorial Gardens.
