Charles Hassell Obituary
CHAMPAIGN - Charles E. Hassell Sr., 84, of Champaign died at 9:05 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023, at home.
Funeral services for the U.S. Air Force veteran will be at noon May 19 at Salem Baptist Church, 500 E. Park St., Champaign. The Rev. Wendell W. Bonner will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Urbana. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon May 19 at the church. Leek & Sons Funeral Home, 1215 W. Bradley Ave., Danville, is in charge of arrangements.
