Dean Curtis Craig, known by all as "Dino", passed away on Friday, March 6th 2015 at Suncoast Hospice in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
He was born in Athol, Massachusetts on April 12th 1956. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Peggy Craig. He is also survived by his mother Carole Lefebre of Sarasota; his father Marshall Craig of Winston, Oregon; his daughter Casey and her children… Kevin, CJ & Alissa Commander, MacKenzie Lytle & Raymond Jensen; his sister Melinda King of Lockport, Illinois; his brother Peter Craig of Lunenburg, Massachusetts; his aunt Gail Lamb of Sarasota as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins throughout Florida and New England. Dino was predeceased by two men he greatly admired, James J. Lefebre of St Petersburg and Chuck Lamb of Sarasota.
Dino and his family lived in Fort Myers for 24 years where he had countless friends and caring neighbors. He worked for Conshor, Inc. of Bonita Springs as a projects manager for 24 years as well.
Dino was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, horses, ATV riding and caring for his property.
A service is being held for Dino at Toale Brothers Funeral Home located at 6903 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 14th 2015. There will not be calling hours.

To Peggy and Family, My deepest regrets are offered for the loss of your husband father, grandfather and friend. Dino was by all accounts an all around great guy. He will be missed. My thoughts are with you.

Dearest Craig Family,
Dean was my NUMBER #1, ALL TIME FAVORITE customer contact while he was working at Conshor. He would always have something funny to say to me, ALWAYS making me SMILE, and BRIGHTENING my long (and rather stressful) days as a dispatcher. Through the many years of working with Dean, he became much more than just a customer's voice. He became a friend, and when my boss of 17 years passed away, he offered his sincere heart and support. Dean was a bright light during my work week, he made work so less like work and his demeanor would always bring a much needed smile into my day. He was full of good deeds, and he will certainly be missed here. My prayer and heart is with you Craig Family!

To Peggy and Family,
You guys were our favorite neighbors. Every night when we sit on our beautiful porch to feed the birds and squirrels we think of Dino and how he made this all happen. We loved him so much.
