I met Ed thru my sister Rozena, who worked with him in VCIN. What a terrific, cool sense of humor, ya felt like you were his friend from way back. I had the honor of meeting him and his lovely wife, Edna, during a trip to his home, "Tara" built from scratch. What a beautiful, remarkable home. Lucky owners that bought it. RIP Ed and keep the jokes coming to the people in heaven.
Glad to have had the chance to meet you:)

Edna and family, I am saddened for your loss. Ed was a dedicated servant to his community, to the Department, and so much more. Always a friend to all with a smile and a story to tell. One of a kind indeed. A true legacy of what a Godly man should strive to be. Go rest high on that mountain, Ed.
