Bart Basile Memoriam

BART BASILE
12/26/37 - 8/20/01
THIRD ANNIVERSARY
We thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday and days before that too. We think of you in silence, we often speak your name, now all we have are memories, and your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part, God has you in his keepsake, we have you in our hearts.
Your Loving Wife Kitty;

Although our time together was brief, I will always cherish the time we spent together. From going to the docks in Freeport, to spending time with you and Grandma around the house, and so many more, we shared many memories together. I am forever grateful to you and Grandma for taking care of me, and spending as much time as you did with me. I'm honored to share your name, and to have been your Grandson. I hope now, that you and Grandma are together, and are watching over all of us. I can only hope that I can be half the man my Father is, and that is all thanks to you and Grandma. Should I be blessed to have a son of my own, I will make sure to pass on the memories that we made onto him, and tell him all about the man that his middle name is named after. Until we meet again, I love you, and I thank you for all you have done for all of us. May you continue to rest in peace, and please tell Grandma we miss her dearly as well.

To my wonderful Father who did so much for so many and asked for so little in return. I wish you could have stayed to enjoy both of my children. I'll miss you and love you always. Steve
