I met Jim about 20 years ago and although it was that we met through business transactions I can't say enough nice things about him. He was a very kind man, was always fair and had a sincere smile that you remembered. I am shocked to hear the sad news.

Happy Birthday in Heaven, Mr.Bissett--although we never met u in person, all the good things we have heard about u makes us feel like we have known u all our lives..U have three beautiful children who miss u so and I ask u to please give them strength to get through their pain. Please R.I.P. and know u are thought of everyday ;-(
