SCHEIDEMANN - James G., on December 1, 2024, of Copiague, NY. He is survived by his father, George W.; his brothers, Michael, PJ, and John; his sisters-in-law,

Camille, Betsy, Karen and Jill; and his loving nieces and nephews, who Jimmy adored. He was predeceased by his mother, Patricia; his brothers, "Buddy", Robert, and Bill; and his cherished partner, Rosetta DeGillio. James was a retired NYC Guidance Counselor, in addition to being a lifelong Jones Beach employee. Rosetta and Jimmy made countless friends and memories at Jones Beach. Reposing Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM, at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford (2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135). Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 9:30 AM, at St. William The Abbot R.C. Church, Seaford. Disposition will be private.
