Joseph Walsh Obituary
Patricia, and his parents, Alice and Joseph Walsh. He leaves behind his daughter, Elizabeth, and son Timothy (Jennifer); along with his grandchildren Kyan, Cooper, Timothy,
and Amelia; his sisters
Patricia Torchen (Frank)
and Kathleen Allena, his brother John (Theresa); numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was a proud graduate of SUNY Maritime College (1975) and had a long and well respected career as a Port Engineer with various shipping companies including Military Sealift Command, his first, and Marine Transport Lines, his last. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to: Dravet Foundation (dravetfoundation.org) and Celiac Disease Foundation (celiac.org). Funeral Mass, Friday, August 22, 2025, 11:15AM, St. Frances de Chantal, 1309 Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, NY.
