My deepest condolences to the family and close friends.

Such a terrible loss of such a touching person.
My favorite memories of Nick reflect on his mischievous side; way back when, mutual friends would joy-ride overnight and he used to joke about the possibility of getting pulled over in his prestigious father's luxury sedan with the possibility of showing the cops his father's credentials under the visor, preventing any ticket or detainment. Always fun to be around.
Although it wasn't for a very long time, I still have those fond memories of him so many years ago.
Rest in Peace Nicholas, til we meet again.

Nick was a great colleague and an even better friend. He made work fun with his infectious sense of humor and always had a smile for everyone. He will be deeply missed.

Nick was one of those people you met once and immediately remembered forever. Full of love, life, and energy. Always quick with a joke or quip or to help someone out, Nick was/is a unique presence.

As an FBI agent, I arrived in Richmond in 1991 and sometime thereafter, had occasion to be at the US Attorney's Office. I recall meeting Nick and recall that early on we had no case or work together but Nick would always greet you by name and was never too busy to chat for a moment. The few times we had occasion to interact professionally, Nick was always competent but a pure joy, making work fun and enjoyable.

Nick is a big personality and will always be remembered dearly as having passed too soon. But no doubt has become very popular as one of the angels.

with love and prayers Nick, RIP
