Ivan Sealey Obituary
Raleigh
Jesus came for Ivan's divine appointment Thursday, March 14, 2013. He faced his final trial and rests forever more in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He was dearly loved and highly favored not only by his God, but by his surviving family as well: parents, Robert and Ann; sister, Cristie and her children, Thomas, Wesley and Stacy; brother Rob and his wife Robin and their children, Briner and Penn; paternal aunt and "second mom," Kathy and her children, Randy and Ethan; maternal grandmother, Lucille "Bunny" Seely; beloved dog, Daisy, and cats, Sandy and Smoke.
Ivan was a graduate of Broughton High School and North Carolina State University.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Baptist Church, 400 Newton Road, Raleigh. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made either to Christ Baptist Church, 400 Newton Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 or the Wake County SPCA, 200 Petfinder Lane, Raleigh, NC 27603.

Ivan was full of life and adventure and will be missed by all! As a childhood friend of my sons, we have fond memories...especially of his "big foot" and the fun off road travels! Humor and broad smiles always abounded with Ivan! May you rest in The Lord and experience His Heavenly adventures!
